Idaho Code § 23-212 — Personnel Disqualified From Other Office Or Business.
TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 2 STATE LIQUOR DIVISION 23-212. Personnel disqualified from other office or business. No officer or employee of the division shall, while holding such office or position, hold any other office or position or engage in any occupation or business inconsistent or interfering with the duties of such employment.
