Idaho Code § 23-1318 — County And City Regulatory Ordinances Authorized.

TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 13 COUNTY OPTION KITCHEN AND TABLE WINE ACT 23-1318. County and city regulatory ordinances authorized. The governing board of any county or city within this state is hereby authorized and empowered to adopt such ordinances and resolutions as may be deemed necessary by the governing board of said county or city in the interests of public health and welfare or for the orderly, moral and responsible conduct of the business of selling and distributing wine within the boundaries of such city or county, including but not limited to hours, days, places and conditions of sale and advertising practices.
