Idaho Code § 23-1113 — Waiver Of Benefits Of Chapter.
TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 11 DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS OF BEER 23-1113. Waiver of benefits of chapter. No agreement shall require a supplier or distributor to waive any rights granted pursuant to any provision of this chapter and the provisions of any agreement which would have such an effect shall be null and void. However, if a good faith dispute arises between the parties as to the meaning of any rights or obligations created in the provisions of this chapter, or the performance by a party of its obligations, the parties may enter into a written voluntary settlement of the dispute.
