Issuance Of Licenses

TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 10 BEER 23-1011. Issuance of licenses. Notwithstanding any other provision of chapter 10, title 23 , Idaho Code, all applications for retail sale of beer licenses, renewals, or transfers thereof, shall be first presented to the director of the Idaho state police for approval and issuance of the state license required by state law. If the license, renewal or transfer thereof is approved by the director, then such license, renewal or transfer thereof may be issued by the city or county, or both, as the case may be. Approval of such license, renewal or transfer thereof may be by endorsement upon the state license or by the issuance of an additional license, at the option of the city or county.
