Idaho Code § 22-913 — Remedy By Injunction.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 9 POTATOES — GRADING AND PACKING 22-913. Remedy by injunction. In addition to the remedy prescribed in the foregoing section for the violation of the provisions of this act, any person, firm or corporation violating, or threatening to violate, any of the provisions of this act may be enjoined from violating the same; such injunction proceedings may be instituted by the director of the department of agriculture as plaintiff, and the attorney general or prosecuting attorney of the county where the violation or threatened violation of this act has occurred, on demand of the director, shall represent the director in such proceedings. In any such proceedings no bond shall be required of the plaintiff.
