Idaho Code § 22-912 — Penalty For Violations.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 9 POTATOES — GRADING AND PACKING 22-912. Penalty for violations. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
