Idaho Code § 22-909 — Private Brands.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 9 POTATOES — GRADING AND PACKING 22-909. Private brands. Private brands may be used when such brands include the official grade title and are registered, approved and recorded by the state department of agriculture.
