Idaho Code § 22-624 — Severability.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 6 COMMERCIAL FERTILIZERS 22-624. Severability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter is judged invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of the chapter, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of the chapter directly involved in the controversy in which the judgment has been rendered.
