TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 6 COMMERCIAL FERTILIZERS 22-622. No affect on existing liability. The enactment of this chapter does not terminate or modify any civil or criminal liability which already exists on July 1, 2000.
