Idaho Code § 22-4209 — Liability Of State For Commission.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 42 ALFALFA AND CLOVER SEED INDUSTRIES 22-4209. Liability of state for commission. The state of Idaho is not liable for the acts or omissions of the commission or any member thereof, or any officer, agent or employee thereof.
