Idaho Code § 22-419 — Records.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 4 PURE SEED LAW 22-419. Records. Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural, vegetable, flower or tree and shrub seeds subject to the provisions of this chapter shall keep for a period of two (2) years complete records of each lot of agricultural, vegetable, flower or tree and shrub seed handled and keep for one (1) year a file sample of each lot of seed after final disposition of the lot. All such records and samples pertaining to every shipment shall be accessible for inspection by the director or his agent during customary business hours.
