Idaho Code § 22-3808 — Filing — Requirements.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 38 MINT INDUSTRY ACT 22-3808. Filing — Requirements. Every grower and dealer shall at such times as the commission may by rule prescribe, file with the commission a return under oath on forms to be prescribed by and furnished by the commission, stating the number of pounds of essential oils handled in the primary channels of trade during the period or periods of time prescribed by the commission and such other information as the commission may require.
