Idaho Code § 22-3807 — Payment.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 38 MINT INDUSTRY ACT 22-3807. Payment. All assessment levied and imposed under and pursuant to the provision of this chapter shall be paid to the commission by the person, either grower or dealer, by whom the essential oils are first handled in the primary channels of trade.
