TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 36 APPLE COMMISSION 22-3609. State not liable. The state of Idaho is not liable for the acts or omissions of the commission or any member thereof, or any officer, agent or employee thereof.
