Idaho Code § 22-3513 — Establishment Of Administrator’S Office.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 35 PEA AND LENTIL COMMISSION 22-3513. Establishment of administrator’s office. For the convenience of the majority of those most likely to be affected in the administration of this act, the commission may establish and maintain an office for the administrator within the state of Idaho.
