Idaho Code § 22-3305 — Term Of Members.

TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 33 WHEAT — PROMOTION OF MARKETING 22-3305. Term of members. (1) Each year the governor shall appoint one (1) member to the commission for a term of five (5) years ending on June 30th; except that a member appointed to fill a vacancy occurring before the expiration of the term of a member separated from the commission for any cause, shall be appointed for the remainder of the term of the member whose position has been vacant. (2)  Each member shall hold office until his successor is appointed and qualified. (3)  The executive committee of the Idaho state wheat growers association, doing business as the Idaho grain producers association, may request the removal of a commissioner, with or without cause, by a majority vote. Upon receipt of the request, the governor may immediately withdraw the commissioner’s appointment.
