Idaho Code § 22-3115 — Penalty For Violation.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 31 HOPS — PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY 22-3115. Penalty for violation. Every person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act or any of the rules, regulations or orders of the commission adopted pursuant to the authority conferred by this act, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment and all fines collected for violation of this act shall be deposited as provided in section 22-3112 .
