Idaho Code § 22-308 — Addition Of Counties To District.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 3 FAIR DISTRICTS IN TWO OR MORE COUNTIES 22-308. Addition of counties to district. A county or counties may be added to a fair district after its formation upon petition of not less than fifty-one per cent (51%) of the voters of such county or counties provided the boards of commissioners of the counties comprising such fair district determine that it is to the best interest of said district that such other county or counties be added.
