Idaho Code § 22-306 — Compensation And Mileage Of Directors.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 3 FAIR DISTRICTS IN TWO OR MORE COUNTIES 22-306. Compensation and mileage of directors. Said directors shall receive as compensation thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per diem while actually engaged in the business of the district and the mileage rate established by the state board of examiners pursuant to the authority in section 67-2008 , Idaho Code, for state officers, agents and employees for each mile actually and necessarily traveled while transacting such business.
