Idaho Code § 22-2920 — Uses For Moneys.

TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 29 BEANS — PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY 22-2920. Uses for moneys. Funds received under the provisions of this chapter shall be expended for the following purposes: (a)  For the collection of the tax provided for in section 22-2921 , Idaho Code, and the enforcement of all the provisions of this chapter. (b)  For the purpose of investigating and procuring better methods of production, transportation, shipment and merchandising of beans, and for the manufacture and merchandising of their by-products. (c)  For the general purpose of advertising beans for food and all other purposes.
