Idaho Code § 22-2511 — Rules.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 25 BEE INSPECTION 22-2511. Rules. It is hereby made the duty of the department of agriculture to make reasonable rules as necessary for or as an aid to the effectuation of any provision of this chapter, and to prepare and cause to be printed suitable forms for the proper administration of this chapter.
