Idaho Code § 22-2509 — Moneys Received Paid Into “Bee Inspection Special Fund.”
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 25 BEE INSPECTION 22-2509. Moneys received paid into "bee inspection special fund." All moneys received pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the state treasurer and kept by the state treasurer in a special and separate fund to be known as the "bee inspection special fund."
