Idaho Code § 22-2313 — Issuance Of Shipping Permit Numbers.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 23 NURSERIES AND FLORISTS 22-2313. Issuance of shipping permit numbers. (1) The department may issue a shipping permit number to any licensee who requests or requires one. (2) When authorized or required by the department, the shipping permit number shall accompany all shipments and deliveries of nursery or florist stock. Authorization for such use of a shipping permit number shall be renewed at least annually, subject to rules promulgated by the director. Use of a shipping permit number without proper authorization shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
