Idaho Code § 22-2225 — Statement Of Uniform Interpretation And Policy.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 22 SOIL AND PLANT AMENDMENTS 22-2225. Statement of uniform interpretation and policy. When not otherwise stated in this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter, the statements of uniform interpretation and policy as adopted in the annual publication of the American plant food control officials shall guide the department when making the decisions in the areas covered by AAPFCO statements of uniform interpretation and policy.
