Idaho Code § 22-2221 — Cooperation With Other Government Agencies.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 22 SOIL AND PLANT AMENDMENTS 22-2221. Cooperation with other government agencies. The director may cooperate with and enter into agreements with other government agencies, whether of this state, other states, or agencies of the federal government, and with private associations, in order to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
