Idaho Code § 22-2204 — Authority To Adopt Rules.

TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 22 SOIL AND PLANT AMENDMENTS 22-2204. Authority to adopt rules. The department shall administer, enforce, and carry out this chapter and may adopt rules necessary to carry out its purposes including, but not limited to, the proper use, handling, transportation, storage, display, distribution, sampling, records, analysis, form, minimum percentages, soil amending or plant amending ingredients, exempted materials, investigational allowances, definitions, labels, labeling, misbranding, mislabeling and disposal of soil amendments and plant amendments and their containers. The adoption of rules shall be subject to public hearing as prescribed by the Idaho administrative procedure act, chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code.
