Idaho Code § 22-208 — Expenses Of Board Members.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 2 COUNTY FAIR BOARDS 22-208. Expenses of board members. The members of the county fair board shall be paid their actual and necessary expenses out of the funds provided for fair purposes, upon approval of claims for the same by the board of county commissioners.
