Idaho Code § 22-2004 — Duties Of The Department.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 20 IDAHO PLANT PEST ACT OF 2002 22-2004. Duties of the department. The department may control and prevent, by such means as shall be prescribed and provided by law, rule, or by order of the department, all contagious, infectious and plant pests destructive to the state’s agricultural, forestry or horticultural interests or to the state’s general environmental quality.
