Idaho Code § 22-1509 — Liability Of Regents Limited.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 15 SEED AND PLANT CERTIFICATION 22-1509. Liability of regents limited. The regents of the university of Idaho shall not be financially responsible for debts incurred, damages inflicted, or contracts broken by the certifying agent in conducting certification work. The certifying agent shall be entitled to all the protections as provided in the tort claims act, chapter 9, title 6 , Idaho Code.
