Idaho Code § 22-106 — Injunction.

TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 1 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE 22-106. Injunction. In addition to the other remedies, criminal or civil, provided by law, the department of agriculture may apply to the district courts for, and the district courts are vested with, civil jurisdiction to enforce, prevent, restrain or enjoin violations of any provision of a law or regulation made pursuant thereto under the jurisdiction of the department of agriculture.
