Idaho Code § 22-102 — Organization Of Department — Divisions.
TITLE 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE CHAPTER 1 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE 22-102. Organization of department — Divisions. The director shall organize the department into such divisions and other administrative subunits as may be necessary in order to efficiently administer the department. The director may apportion duties and responsibilities among the divisions and subordinate units.
