Idaho Code § 20-616 — Sheriff Answerable For Federal Prisoners.
TITLE 20 STATE PRISON AND COUNTY JAILS CHAPTER 6 COUNTY JAILS 20-616. Sheriff answerable for federal prisoners. A sheriff to whose custody a prisoner is committed, as provided in the last section, is answerable for his safe-keeping in the courts of the United States, according to the laws thereof.
