Idaho Code § 20-403 — Governing Body Created — Members.
TITLE 20 STATE PRISON AND COUNTY JAILS CHAPTER 4 IDAHO CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES ACT 20-403. Governing body created — Members. There is hereby created the governing body which shall consist of the members of the board of correction.
