Idaho Code § 20-202 — Interim Appointments — Chairman.

TITLE 20 STATE PRISON AND COUNTY JAILS CHAPTER 2 STATE BOARD OF CORRECTION 20-202. Interim appointments — Chairman. In the event of death, removal or resignation of any member of the board, the governor shall appoint some competent person to serve during the unexpired term. The governor shall designate one (1) member of the board to serve as chairman.
