Idaho Code § 2-501 — Grand Jury — Impaneling On Order Of Judge.

TITLE 2 JURIES AND JURORS CHAPTER 5 IMPANELING JURIES 2-501. Grand jury — Impaneling on order of judge. Grand juries shall not hereafter be drawn, summoned or required to attend at the sittings of any court within the state, as provided by law, unless the district judge as assigned by the administrative judge shall so order in writing. The order shall be filed with the clerk of the court and a copy of the order shall be delivered to the jury commission and prosecuting attorney.
