Idaho Code § 2-221 — Construction Of Act.
TITLE 2 JURIES AND JURORS CHAPTER 2 JURY SELECTION AND SERVICE 2-221. Construction of act. This act shall be so applied and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among those states which enact it.
