Idaho Code § 2-220 — Power Of Supreme Court To Make Rules Concerning Juries.

TITLE 2 JURIES AND JURORS CHAPTER 2 JURY SELECTION AND SERVICE 2-220. Power of Supreme Court to make rules concerning juries. The supreme court may make and amend rules, not inconsistent with this act, regulating the selection and service of jurors and for the administration and payment of reimbursement to the counties of forty dollars ($40.00) per day for lengthy jury trials as provided in section 2-222 , Idaho Code.
