Idaho Code § 19-901 — Indictment Or Information.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 9 MODE OF PROSECUTION OF PUBLIC OFFENSES 19-901. Indictment or information. All public offenses triable in the district court must be prosecuted by indictment, or information, except as provided in the next section.
