Idaho Code § 19-822 — Security For Appearance — Infants And Married Women.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 8 EXAMINATION OF CASE AND DISCHARGE OR COMMITMENT OF ACCUSED 19-822. Security for appearance — Infants and married women. Infants and married women who are material witnesses against the defendant may be required to procure sureties for their appearance, as provided in the last section.
