Idaho Code § 19-623 — Penalty.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 6 ARREST, BY WHOM AND HOW MADE 19-623. Penalty. Any person who shall proceed or travel through a road block without subjecting himself to the traffic control so established shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 6 months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
