Idaho Code § 19-5607 — Drug Court And Mental Health Court Funding.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 56 IDAHO DRUG COURT AND MENTAL HEALTH COURT ACT 19-5607. Drug court and mental health court funding. Subject to the appropriation power of the legislature, the supreme court shall be responsible for administering, allocating and apportioning all appropriations from the legislature for drug courts and mental health courts.
