Idaho Code § 19-5503 — Responsibility For Managing Dna Programs — Bureau Of Forensic Services.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 55 THE IDAHO DNA DATABASE ACT OF 1996 19-5503. Responsibility for managing DNA programs — Bureau of forensic services. The Idaho state police through the bureau of forensic services shall be responsible for the policy management and administration of the state’s database and databank identification program. The bureau of forensic services shall be responsible for liaison with the FBI regarding the state’s participation in the CODIS program.
