Idaho Code § 19-5110 — Political Subdivisions — Application For Aid — Requirements.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 51 PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING COUNCIL 19-5110. Political subdivisions — Application for aid — Requirements. Any political subdivision or state agency which desires to receive aid pursuant to this chapter shall make application upon a form supplied by the council. Applications submitted pursuant to section 19-5109 , Idaho Code, shall be accompanied by a certified copy of an ordinance adopted by its governing body providing that, while receiving any aid pursuant to this act, such political subdivision will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the council or a certified copy of the agency’s or political subdivision’s merit rules, regulations or requirements.
