Idaho Code § 19-5108 — Meetings — Quorum — Votes — Advisory And Ex Officio Members.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 51 PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING COUNCIL 19-5108. Meetings — Quorum — Votes — Advisory and ex officio members. The council shall meet a minimum of once each calendar year and more often at the call of the chairman. The presence of a majority of the voting members of the council shall constitute a quorum for doing business. Advisory and ex officio members shall be entitled to participate in the business and deliberation of the council, but shall not be entitled to vote. The council shall establish its own procedures and requirements with respect to place and conduct of its meetings.
