Idaho Code § 19-506 — When Warrant May Issue.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 5 COMPLAINT AND WARRANT OF ARREST 19-506. When warrant may issue. A magistrate may issue a warrant for the arrest of the defendant only after making a determination that there is probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed and that the defendant committed it.
