Idaho Code § 19-4501 — Definitions.

TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 45 PROCEEDINGS AGAINST FUGITIVES FROM JUSTICE 19-4501. Definitions. Where appearing in this chapter: (1) The term "executive authority" includes the governor, and any person performing the functions of governor in a state other than this state; (2) The term "governor" includes any person performing the functions of governor by authority of the law of this state; and (3) The term "state" refers to a state other than this state, and includes any other state or territory, organized or unorganized, of the United States of America.
