Idaho Code § 19-4409 — Service Of Warrant — Breaking Open Doors.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 44 SEARCH WARRANTS 19-4409. Service of warrant — Breaking open doors. The officer may break open any outer or inner door or window of a house, or any part of a house, or any thing therein, to execute the warrant, if, after notice of his authority and purpose, he is refused admittance.
