Idaho Code § 19-4306 — Reduction Of Testimony To Writing.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 43 CORONER’S INQUESTS 19-4306. Reduction of testimony to writing. The testimony of the witnesses examined before the coroner’s jury must be reduced to writing by the coroner, or under his direction, and forthwith filed by him with the inquisition, in the office of the clerk of the district court of the county.
