Idaho Code § 19-3606 — Investigation By Grand Jury.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 36 PROCEEDINGS AGAINST CORPORATIONS 19-3606. Investigation by grand jury. If the magistrate returns a certificate that there is sufficient cause to believe the corporation guilty of the offense charged, the grand jury may proceed thereon as in case of a natural person held to answer.
