Idaho Code § 19-3108 — Subpoena For Witness.
TITLE 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 31 EXAMINATION OF WITNESSES CONDITIONALLY 19-3108. Subpoena for witness. The attendance of the witness may be enforced by a subpoena, issued by the magistrate before whom the examination is to be taken.
